Need of an exhaustive review of the existing Contingency Plan, in order to adapt it to the new current technologies in Novartis installations and to the new needs and requirements of the business. The solution is made up of a totally updated Contingency Plan, to allow an optimal answer to face disasters (natural, technological or artificial) and to guarantee the continuity and/or the recovery of the business.

A consultancy to forecast and update the existing Plan, which allowed them to adapt their previous Contingency Plan to the recent storage infrastructure reorganization, specially to take SAN technology into their three centres, the possibility of remote copy among different systems and the implantation of new servers with Windows 2000.
