The customer receives a turnkey Hardware/Software/Service package from COMPAREX, which is completely configured and sized for the requirements of his business. The Web-Attached Storage services are then installed onto a dedicated Storage Server. This Internet Storage Server (ISS) can either be set up in the customer's data center or else hosted by an Internet Service Provider. The system facilitates simple administration and monitoring, either onsite or remote. A graphical user interface provides access to various system-monitoring tools such as protocols and statistics, disk-space information, performance monitoring and diagnostic tools, as well as a replication tool to mirror all data.
